  • Pet grooming products (opened/used)

3. Return Process

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Transaction time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for:

If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.
After shipping, orders cannot be canceled but can follow the return process.
